Workgroups 
For the smooth functioning of the NPO we have created working groups. This is governed by statutes.
The working group 'Media Publications' is the first working group which has been set up in the NPO.
The working group Media Publications was founded with the aim of realizing publications about Earthships, the NPO and its goals. This can be done by publishing articles, digital brochures, leaflets, reports and books on the website of Earthship Belgium VZW and / or printed brochures, flyers, reports or books.
The scope of the working group consists of::
- Annual Review of the NPO in digital form;
- Make the digital version of the Review available on the website for all visitors to the website;
- Preparation and distribution of the Newsflash to the mailing list of Earthship Belgium.;
- Publishing the Newsflash on facebook and website after it is sent to the mailing list;
- Making a leaflet / brochure 'Earthship Belgium' which contains information on the following topics: - what are Earthships, our goals, our organization, our government, what can you do (individual, sister organization, environmental or nature organization. Government), what we mean , 4 digital lingual: Dutch, French, English, German and a two-language print (Dutch, French);
- Making sensitizing and informative publications at own discretion;
- A publication on every building project in cooperation with the involved projectgroup;
- Making technical publications in cooperation with the research group and the construction experts group;
- Any other publication that the working group considers necessary and applying to the objectives, as stated in Art. 2 of the statutes of the NPO.;
- Any publication, in whatever form, commissioned by the Board of Directors;
- Writing articles for the website;
- Maintenance and management of the website in accordance with style and organization of the website as agreed by the Board of Directors;
- Collection and management of contacts for distribution of mail.
This working group is still looking for volunteers.

Translators Dutch-French
The working group Media Publications is responsible for website, newsflash and facebook. We are currently working on an action to approach politics and media. We also want this action to focus on the French speaking part of Belgium. So we are looking for someoneto to translate our actions and related correspondence it into French. Discussion occurs through email and skype with the coordinator of the working group.
Reviewer translations into English
The working group Media Publications is responsible for website, newsflash and facebook.A team of volunteers is working on the translation of the website. We could use some help to check the text for grammatical errors and use of correct English sentences. Discussion occurs through email and skype with the coordinator of the working group.
Photographers
The working group Media Publications is searching for people with a passion for taking photos (profesional or hobbyist). The idea is to record all our activities. The photos will be used on the site, publications, news flashes, facebook etc. It is important that you own your own photocamera. Transfer to sites of action will be necessary. Discussion occurs through email and skype with the coordinator of the working group.
Cameramen
The working group Media Publications is searching for people with a passion for creating moving images (profesional or hobbyist). The idea is to record all our activities. From the recorded material movies will be developed eg a documentary about the construction of an Earthship or homemade interviews and news items. If this is also within your ability it is a bonus. It is important that own your camera. Transfer to sites of action will be necessary. Discussion occurs through email and skype with the coordinator of the working group.
