For the smooth functioning of the NPO we have created working groups. This is governed by the statutes.
The working group 'Events booth' is the first working group set up in the NPO.
The working group 'Events booth' has been created for the purpose of managing and manning the events booth.
The scope of the working group includes:
- Managing the events booth;
- Keep the events booth up to date;
- Organising recent photo sessions for exposure in the events booth in collaboration with the working group Media Publications;
- Organise a photographer for photo report in collaboration with working group Media Publications;
- Report about events for publication on the website at the working group Media Publications;
- Handling of registration and registration details for fairs and the like;
- Organizing volunteers to man the booth (always at least one member of the board in the team);
This working group is currently not looking for volunteers.
