Volunteer?
All the work of the association is done entirely by unpaid volunteers. We help build Earthship, write publications to further inform and sensitize.
We can always use your help. Got some time to get some work done is always an option with us. We have a range of volunteers. Some to help build on a site. Others from behind their computers, doing some research on an article to write or translate. We have numerous vacancies for various activities.
Advantages for volunteers:

Volunteering is not financially compensated. This does not mean that we as Earthship Belgium vzw do not appreciate our volunteers. As a token of appreciation we want to reward active volunteers with a surprise every year. What this means from year to year remains a surprise.

Translators Dutch-French
The working group Media Publications is responsible for website, newsflash and facebook. We are currently working on an action to approach politics and media. We also want this action to focus on the French speaking part of Belgium. So we are looking for someoneto to translate our actions and related correspondence it into French. Discussion occurs through email and skype with the coordinator of the working group.
Reviewer translations into English and/or French
The working group Media Publications is responsible for website, newsflash and facebook.A team of volunteers is working on the translation of the website. We could use some help to check the text for grammatical errors and use of correct English and/or French sentences. Discussion occurs through email and skype with the coordinator of the working group.
Photographers
The working group Media Publications is searching for people with a love for taking photos (profesional or hobby). The idea is that we record all our activities. The photos will be used on the site, publications, news flashes, facebook etc. It is important that you own your own camara. Transfer to sites of action will be necessary. Discussion occurs through email and skype with the coordinator of the working group.
Cameramen
The working group Media Publications is searching for people with a passion for taking photos (profesional or hobbyist). The idea is to record all our activities. People with know how on permaculture
The study group Research is looking for individuals with knowledge of permaculture. The idea is to think about the layout of the site around a earthship with edible and non edible plants in a manner that ensures biodiversity and contributes to a self sustainable life. You also do research on the organization of greywater systems with edible and non edible plants in the spirit of permaculture. Discussion occurs through email and skype with the coordinator of the study group.
WikiMedia experts
Earthship Europe is looking for WikiMedia experts for development on EEBU Wiki and Earthshipedia. We are looking for people with a good knowledge of WikiMedia. We need templates developed and whatever more comes up. EEBU Wiki will be one several more to come. You need to read, write and speak English for this vacancy. Work can be done from home on your own computer. Discussion occurs through email and skype with the coordinator and other members on the EEBU Wiki / Earthshipedia project.
