July 2, 2010 - This year Earthship Belgium VZW celebrates their 10th anniversary. Our organisation was funded on July 15 in the year 2000 to be precise. To celebrate this we've called out July to be a Jubilee Action-month.
What does this mean?
Anyone who is a member before the end of August 2010 can win a free membership in 2011, excluding members of the council.
What should you do to participate?
If you are a member on August 31, 2010 (membership dues credited for August 31, 2010) you automatically take part with your membership number. If the sum of the numbers of your membership number equal to 10 you get a free membership in 2011.
So for example, membership number 91, gives 9 + 1 = 10.
How do I get to know my membership number if I'm a member?
This is the nice part of the action: nobody knows their number except the council. The numbers are provided according to the time of registration as a member. So the first member in 2000 got number 1 the second member number 2 and so on. You only get one unique membership number, so if you haven't been a member for three years, and you decide to become a member again, your membership-number will be the same as you previous one.
How do you know if your a member?
If you've paid your membership contribution after 01/12/2009, you're a member for 2010.
How do I know if I receive a free membership for 2011?
In August we will let everyone, who gets a free membership, know.
