October 24, 2011 - Last summer we've noticed a remarkable increase in people, who are interested in earthships and selfsufficiency.
Possibly the pictures and reports of the Earthresidence project have triggered this tendency.
This increase in interest was noticed by us through a significantly increased amount of e-mails. As a result, we were fighting against a capacity problem that resulted in affairs to remain untreated longer than we'd wish. In short, more work than we can handle in the time we can spend on it as volunteers.
There we invited on the 16th of October some of our members that have recently been active for Earthship Belgium and had a look on how the tasks could be divided. This to ensure a good functioning of the organisation in the future within the limits of available capacity.
We would like to thank everybody who was there for thinking with us and for the willingness to take on voluntary tasks and responsibility.
