Cat-ActiesNovember 19, 2010 - Wednesday we had a personal meeting with David. David is an architect and works as a volunteer for Earthship Belgium, in developing the plans for the Hoboken project.

Because the meeting took place at Berchem we invited Burry, from the Youth Service Hoboken, to come and meet with the architect. This also gave us as an opportunity to discuss developments surrounding the project.

Burry first gave some general information on the project to David. He also had the good news that the plans and budget are now officially approved. David, the architect, had a first set of drawings for the project Hoboken. These, of course, were extensively discussed. Any changes that have appeared necessary, will be further adapted by David in the short term.

Then there was an extensive discussion on the impact this project might have on building Earthships in Belgium. There were ideas on possible future partners in projects, building materials etc. In short it was a creative, pleasant, instructive but fruitful meeting.
